NeuroCall began as pilot project initiated at Kendall Regional Medical Center in Miami, FL. Originally a stationary camera was installed in one exam room, which made it possible for local neurologists to examine patients with neurological emergencies expeditiously.

Technological advancements made it possible to use a wireless cart system, which allowed for greater mobility around the facility, as well as a higher quality audio/video experience. The impact of the innovation was immediately clear - core measures had improved tremendously. Since then the pilot concept has transformed into a robust service with a team of 40 tele-neurologists providing call coverage to facilities across the country.

Our Tele-Neurologists

All NeuroCall physicians are board certified, licensed and credentialed to practice in the facilities that utilize our service. All of our physicians are certified in general neurology and a number are dually certified in general and vascular neurology. We pride ourselves for our experience in academia and collectively we have an average of 11.5 years experience.

It takes a special kind of physician to work with NeuroCall. Our physicians are early adopters of the tele-medicine model and were hand selected for their professionalism and skill at delivering a high quality tele-consult experience.

The NeuroCall Model

Seamless Integration for Existing Neuro-Science Operations

The NeuroCall model is based on total program integration and goes above and beyond to provide on-call coverage. We work together to ensure that we actively participate in developing and implementing accreditation activities, such as Accreditation of Disease Specific Care under the Joint Commission.

Our staff members and board certified neurologists alike are committed to working within your established CME programs to provide remote training and continuing education for physicians and nurses.

Additionally, our technology platform is designed with the flexibility to seamlessly integrate into existing patient management programs.

NeuroCall is dedicated to providing state of the art neurological consulting services to hospitals and medical centers that otherwise would not have access to this expertise, to improve the quality of care and save lives, while reducing hospital costs and increasing revenues.

Our Goal is Simple
